Two hours in your room, led by an Executive Bourbon Steward. Everyone leaves with words for what they like, a tasting wheel to keep, and a list of what to buy next at three price levels.
- Nose first.
A welcome pour to settle in, then four blind aromas before any bourbon reaches the glass. Your words, not ours.
- Four bourbons, poured blind.
A traditional, a high-rye, a wheated and an honest value pour, across the bourbon flavor map, with the story behind each one. Every pour runs the Five S’s: See, Smell, Sip, Savor, Share.
- The Unicorn.
One more pour, revealed at the end, that shows what’s possible once you know how to taste.

- Your bottles, our list. We bring an Executive Bourbon Steward to lead the night, the glassware, a tasting mat at every seat, the aroma kit, and a booklet and wheel for every guest.
