Whether you’re new to bourbon or you’ve been drinking it for years, this class is for the part of you that’s wondered if there’s more in the glass than a quick sip finds. The Sensory Bridge isn’t about adding bottles to your shelf — it’s about getting more from the ones already there.

The bourbon in front of you has more in it than most pours catch. The class slows the moment down so the layers actually show up — and so the next pour, and the one after that, and the bottle you’ve been opening for years all start to give you more than they used to.

Two hours, in a small group, with Certified Executive Bourbon Stewards. By the end of the class:

• You’ll get more from the bourbon you already drink — same bottle, richer experience, every pour after
• You’ll have words for what’s in your glass — so “I like this” becomes “I like this because…”
• You’ll hold your own in any bourbon conversation, at a bar or at a dinner table
• You’ll know the foundational story of bourbon — its history, its origins, and the ABCDEFG legal definition that makes it America’s native spirit
• You’ll have the foundation the rest of the Find Your Unicorn series builds on

The session opens with a mini Old Fashioned — something to settle into the room before the work begins. Next, a sensory experience (smell only, before any pour reaches your glass).

Then a curated flight of four bourbons spanning the bourbon flavor map — a traditional, a high-rye, a wheated, and an honest value pour you’d pick up at any liquor store. You’ll appreciate each through the sensory experience, with mash bill notes and history shared along the way. The class closes with a Unicorn reveal — a bottle that shows you what’s possible once you know how to appreciate what’s in front of you.

By the end, you’ll know what’s in your glass — and every bourbon you pour from here on will give you a little more.
